Starting Thursday 7/3!!!!

We will meet at the Sylvan Lake Steps next to the school - 

Tuesdays at 6:30pm

Thursdays 7:00am

Plan for 90 mins to 2 hours!   This will include a run and a lift!   Make sure you're constantly hydrating to beat the summer heat!

You should eat before practices and always have a snack for immediately after!!!!!!   But please be mindful of peanut allergies!  

Girls Cross Country 2025 Season

 

• Unofficial meet-ups will start the first week of July (6/30 - 7/6).   Days and times to be set.  We will meet Tuesday nights (time TBD) and Thursday mornings (also TBD) starting on 7/3.
• Official start of the season is Monday 8/24.   Time TBD.  We will practice Monday - Saturday that week.  Expect a timed 2 mile race on the track during that week!

• Many team members are attending the Radix Camp - hosted by Christian Brothers Academy.  Transportation to and from camp will be provided.  We look to have one of our biggest groups ever attending camp this year!!!!   Information can be found here:
