This is the last weekend of the tennis season.  On Saturday will be the semifinal and final rounds of the South Jersey Interscholastic Championships (the tournament that started last weekend at Vineland and Millville).  Our participating players will wear the team tank tops and black skirts.  Emily & Marlina, Elise & Addison, and Kendall & Megan W should report to Centennial by 9:30 am for their 10 am matches. 

The winners of the 10 am matches will play again at approximately 12:30 pm, depending on the length of the semifinals.  The starting time for the B doubles semifinal changed because the Moorestown team that Maya & Maya were scheduled to play has withdrawn from the tournament because one of the players had her wisdom teeth removed on Friday.  Therefore, Maya & Maya will play at approximately 12:30 pm against the winner of Elise & Addison vs. Kendall & Megan W. 

On Sunday the players participating in the Haddonfield Invitational will report to Centennial at 8:30 am for our dynamic warmup.  The matches will begin at 9:00 am, and each participant will play 3 doubles matches, using short sets.  Below are the team lineups, which have been revised on the basis of player availability. 

1D - Mia S & Evie (red), Emily & Marlina (black), Eliza & Maya L (white)

2D - Kendall & Megan W (red), Sophie F & Anna (black), Elise & Addison (white)

3D - Chloe Ka & Mia C (red), Reece V & Katie M (black), Ella & Maya D (white)

4D - Sophia & Fiona (red), Penny & Paige (black), Emma L & Liliana (white)

5D - Caroline D & Elle (red), Skye & Kate J (black), Vienna & Giulia (white)

6D - Reese T & Audrey (red), Julia & Lily N (black), Emma K & Tessa (white)  

Players should wear tennis attire that reflects their team color.  The team that wins the most matches will win the tournament.  Each member of the winning team will earn a First Place plaque.
