Coach Gosse is entering his fourth season as a member of the Haddonfield baseball coaching staff.  He is a 2015 graduate of HMHS.  Thomas was born in Camden and grew up in Haddonfield.  He played his first organized baseball in Haddonfield Little League and was a member of the 2009 12 year old Little League team that advanced to the state finals. 

Coach Gosse earned 3 varsity letters for Coach Bob Bickel's HMHS program.  In his sophomore and junior seasons, he played every position and then earned the starting catcher job as a senior.  Thomas was an integral member of two 20+ win teams (2014 & 2015), one Camden County championship (2014), two outright Colonial Conference championships (2014 & 2015) and he captained a team that made a run to the South Jersey Group 2 Final in his senior season of 2015.

After graduating from HMHS, Coach Gosse continued his academic and baseball careers at Rutgers University - Camden.  In his 5 years, he was a four-time team captain for the Scarlet Raptors under head coaches Dennis Barth and Ryan Kulik.  During the winters while in college, Coach Gosse caught bullpens for local big leaguers such as Ryan Butcher, Lou Trevino, Zac Gallen and Vance Worley, in addition to countless minor league pitchers.  He currently serves as the bullpen catcher for the Philadelphia Phillies’ AA affiliate Reading Fightin Phils.  Link to story:

Gosse loves coaching and sharing all of the knowledge he's learned from the legendary coaches he played for during his career.  Playing and teaching baseball "the right way" has always been a passion of his.  Coach Gosse preaches playing smart, hustling and maximizing your own ability.

In his free time, Coach Gosse likes to spend time with his family and friends and take trips to the beach.  He is currently a Teacher and Active Coordinator at Winding Way, an Adult Day Program in Haddonfield.
