All golf team events are cancelled today due to inclement weather.

Reminder: Please RSVP on the linked spreadsheet ASAP to confirm attendance at our first team dinner at Tavistock, Thursday 3/20 at 6:30pm. Rain or shine event. Wear your WHITE HMHS team polo; proper attire required (no jeans, cargo shorts/pants, hats, etc.). A yearbook photographer will be present. Please be prompt.

Thursday 3/20 - home match - team dinner to follow at Tavistock, 6:30pm. Proper attire required; wear your white golf polo. All team members are invited to attend.

Golf season starts Monday, March 10. There are many moving parts to begin the season. We have limited tee times at Tavistock and share the course with Haddon Heights, so it's important to follow all directions listed here and be on the lookout for additional email communication sent directly to students. Scheduling students for tryouts is one of the biggest challenges of the season

Students should only show up at Tavistock ONLY on the days they have been scheduled. Practice Postings are linked at the end of this post.

Students must be cleared by Athletics AND have successfully joined the Haddonfield roster by downloading the NJSIAA Golf scoring app to their smartphones in order to practice. Students have been emailed directions to do this. Don't forget to find and join the Haddonfield team in the app to complete the process. These two items are non-negotiable.

Practice rosters are posted outside A203 and here. Students have also been informed via email. Do not show up on days you are not scheduled to play.

Students have to arrange their own transportation to and from Tavistock. Try to arrive by 3:15pm. When we actually tee off is usually a fluid situation because we share tee times with Heights. Your flexibility and understanding is greatly appreciated! 

Students have to come fully equipped to play a 9-hole practice round.

Proper attire, conduct, and golf etiquette is expected of all students, at all times on the course.

Friday 3-14 - Golf Rules & Etiquette test - 2:50pm in room A203 at HMHS. Mandatory for all new and returning players. School-issued Chromebooks required.
