Biography:

This is Brian Stafford’s 4th season as a member of the Haddonfield basketball staff.

Before coming to Haddonfield, Stafford coached as an assistant for the Rowan University Men's Basketball team from 2002-2014.  Prior to Rowan, he served as the varsity coach at Gateway Regional High School, the junior varsity coach at Pitman High School where he was part of two state championship teams, the varsity coach at the American Community Schools of Athens, Greece, and the junior varsity coach at Central Bucks West High School in Doylestown, Pennsylvania.  This year marks his 35th season of scholastic and collegiate coaching.

Stafford graduated from the State University of New York at Oswego in 1980. He earned a bachelor’s of science degree in industrial arts education. He was a two-year letter winner and a team captain and selected as MVP his senior year. Stafford obtained a master’s degree in education from Oswego in 1986 and a master’s in information science from Drexel University in 1991.

He serves as an education media specialist at Haddonfield Memorial High School. Stafford lives in Pitman, NJ with his wife of 33 years, Diane.  He has two children, Michelle and Eric.
