Biography:
David Scorsolini has been a teacher in the HMHS English/Language Arts department since 2003, and the varsity golf team co-head coach since 2008. A baseball player in his youth, he came to golf a little later in life, but is an avid player and PGA tour fan. His wife would say he has more than adequately made up for any lost time on the course. The HMHS golf team has won 3 NJ State Group II championships, 2 Camden County crowns, and 8 Colonial Conference titles during his tenure as coach. Coach Scorsolini is working on his bucket list of famous courses played. He is fortunate enough to list Pine Valley, Merion, Pinehurst No. 2, Aronimink, Bethpage Black, Bulle Rock, and Galloway among the top courses he has played. His greatest inspiration for teaching, coaching, and learning the game of golf comes from Harvey Penick’s Little Red Book.
