Traveling Team – Wednesday, August 12
Updated on 06/10/2022
All team members are required to clear the pre-screening process before participating in a practice. The pre-screening process includes the submission of the daily questionnaire along with a temperature check. Below is a link to the daily questionnaire.
Also, team member Olivia Willison is making first aid kits to benefit indigent families in Camden and is collecting items such as small Band-Aid boxes, antibiotic cream, travel size hand sanitizer, and travel size tissues. Anyone who would like to donate to Olivia’s service project may bring any of these items to a practice between August 12 and August 18.
For the team tournament, a player will earn 1 point for every match played and another point for every match won. According to the requirements of the state athletic association, a practice during the first two weeks of summer sessions may not exceed 90 minutes, so if a match is not completed after 90 minutes, the player who has won more games overall will be considered the winner, as long as that player has won at least 2 more games than her opponent. If two players win an equal number of games or there is a difference of only one game, each player will earn ½ point.
