The coaches of HMHS Track and Field very much appreciate the support given to our girls by their families and the community.  We appreciate the opportunity to coach your daughters and provide for them an atmosphere in which they can have fun, challenge themselves, and become better at their craft.

We appreciate the trust you have in us as coaches. It’s the patience you show that allows us to handle any issues with coaching decisions and conflicts with our athletes.  Please encourage your daughters to come to us first with any problems or competition discussions, to embrace their teammates after races, and to be role models and supportive teammates ON and OFF the field.

Congratulations!

You’re making the commitment to be a member of a very competitive program with an awesome tradition of success.

Do your best to make yourself and this team better EVERY DAY!

And most importantly:  HAVE FUN!!!!!!
