Welcome to the 2017 Season! 

If you have not done so already - please complete all of the required documents immediately to ensure that your daughter can participate this season. 

The link is located on the right side of the athletics website (http://haddonfieldathletics.org) You will need to create a new account (if not current), add the name of your child and select the tab titled "Forms" to access the registration form, as well as, all of the medical forms needed for the 2017-2018 school year. 

Online registration, ImPact Concussion testing, and medical clearance ?must be completed and cleared in advance of the actual first practice to avoid delays in participation. 

Our first practice will take place on ?September 5, 2017 at 3:15pm until 4:30pm at ?Tatem Elementary School.

These practice times and location will continue throughout the season with the exception of the following dates:

September 11, 2017 - No practice/Game vs. Sterling will be rescheduled

September 12, 2017 - Uniform distribution with Coach Emily at Haddonfield Middle School 

September 21, 2017 - No practice 

The game schedule is currently posted on the Haddonfield Athletics website with the exception of the game that will be rescheduled at a later date. 

For bus transportation to away games - if you are planning on picking up your athlete from the away game, please give written permission with your signature and date to the coach before we leave HMS for the game. We will leave promptly at 3:00pm from the middle school for away games. 

Game and practice absences require a parent/guardian to email/text a coach that the player will not be present. If a player misses a game or practice without a parent/guardian notifying a coach - they will not be able to play in the next scheduled game.  

Make sure that you bring your stick, goggles, shinguards (black for home games and white for away games), cleats, mouthguard, and water to every game and practice! Jewelry of any kind is prohibited on the field.

With one week until the Fall 2017 season begins (September 5, 2017 at 3:15pm) we ask that all players are FULLY registered. Players cannot participate in any practices or games without having completed all of the necessary paperwork. Registration is only open to girls in 7th or 8th grade. 

In addition, there has been a change to the practice schedule for the first week. On Friday, September 8, players will meet at 4:00pm at Haddonfield Memorial High School Stadium to cheer on the Haddonfield Varsity team vs. Haddon Heights. This does count as a practice, so if your athlete cannot attend - please let a coach know in advance.

Due to continued construction, Tatem Elementary School is no longer available for us to use this week. We will be moving practice starting today (September 5th) to Crows Woods from 3:30 until 4:30pm. This schedule will continue until Friday, September 8th when we meet at HMHS to cheer on the Varsity Field Hockey team at 4:00pm. These practices do count, so if your athlete is not able to attend - please let a coach know.

Due to inclement weather, we will no longer have practice today (September 6th.) We look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow  (September 7th) at Crows Woods from 3:30 - 4:30pm.

Please make sure that registration is completed. Any questions regarding medical sports forms should be addressed to the School Nurse, Mrs. Barranger (mbarranger@haddonfield.k12.nj.us) Hard copies of the Medical Sports Forms should be dropped off or mailed to the attention of the school nurse.

Tomorrow's Varsity field hockey game vs. Haddon Heights has been moved to Haddon Heights High School. Attending the game is OPTIONAL ?? due to the location change. There is no additional practice tomorrow (9/8.) There is no practice on Monday (9/11). Uniform distribution at the Middle School with Coach Emily on Tuesday (9/12) and our first game is on Wednesday (9/13) vs. Collingswoord. 

Each player was given an index card today. Please write down the primary email address used so that a distribution list can be made. Please continue to check the (http://haddonfieldathletics.org) website, as it will be kept current with schedule changes. 

Please make sure that registration is completed in full through the School Nurse and Athletic Department in order for your athlete to participate this season.

Tatem Elementary will no longer be available for us this season. All practices and home games will now be played at Elizabeth Haddon Elementary (501 W Redman Ave, Haddonfield, NJ 08033.) We will be playing our first home game there on September 13 vs. Collingswood. Please arrive at 3:15pm wearing your HOME jersey and socks.

Please don't forget to meet Coach Emily in the locker room of the Middle School tomorrow after school for uniform distribution!

Great first week of games and practices! 

Please remember to bring your index card back with a guardian's preferred email address so that an email list can be created. 

Don't forget - PLAIN white socks for home games and PLAIN black socks for away games. You cannot? wear your HYFH (town) socks for games! 

Please bring all equipment (shinguards, mouthpiece, and goggles) to EVERY game and practice. 

The schedule for this week is as follows:

9/18 - Practice from 3:15 to 4:45pm at Elizabeth Haddon Elementary School  

9/19 - Home game vs. West Deptford (4:00pm for Black Team and 5:15pm for Red Team)

Team assignments were given individually to players. Please wear WHITE socks and WHITE jersey for home games. Black Team must stay until the end of both games. Please arrive at 3:15pm for warm-ups.

9/20 - Practice from 3:15 to 4:45pm at Elizabeth Haddon Elementary School

9/21 - NO PRACTICE

9/22 - Away game vs. Gateway for the Red Team ONLY. Bus will pick you up in front of the Middle School. Black Team will have practice from 3:15 - 4:45pm at Elizabeth Haddon Elementary School.

Thank you for your patience while the Haddonfield and Audubon Athletics Department worked out a plan to make our away game this afternoon happen!

We will stick with the original schedule - 4:00pm start time at Audubon High School (350 Edgewood Avenue, Audubon.) Only the BLACK team is going. Please wear plain black socks/shin guards and red jersey for the game. We will board the bus at the Middle School no later than 3:15pm.

Please remember that if you are planning on driving your athlete home from the game that a written note is turned in prior to departure.

The AWAY game scheduled for 10/5 vs. Haddon Twp. has been rescheduled to a HOME game on 10/16 at 4:00pm. The BLACK team will play, but both teams need to be at Elizabeth Haddon Elementary School at 3:15pm. Those playing need to wear their plain white socks and white home jersey for the game!

The Haddonfield Middle School Field Hockey game at Haddon Heights Middle School today 10/09/2017 has been cancelled due to the weather.

Practice is CANCELLED today (10/12) due to the weather. Please remember tomorrow (10/13) is an AWAY game vs. Collingswood at 4:00 (BLACK team) and 5:15 (RED team.) Wear your red jersey and black shinguards. Be ready to board the bus by 3:00pm at the Middle School.

The AWAY game vs. Collingswood today (10/13) has been changed to JUST the BLACK team at 4:00pm. The RED team will scrimmage at Elizabeth Haddon Elementary from 3:15 - 4:45pm.

Monday (10/16) - HOME game vs. Haddon Twp. CANCELLED. BLACK team practice from 3:15 - 4:45pm @ Elizabeth Haddon Elementary. NO practice for RED team. 

Tuesday (10/17) - AWAY game vs. Pine Hill @ 4:00pm for the RED team. Please meet at 3:00pm @ the Middle School to board the bus wearing red jersey and plain black shin guards. Practice for the BLACK team from 3:15 - 4:45pm at Elizabeth Haddon Elementary. 

Wednesday (10/18) - Practice from 3:15 - 4:45pm at Elizabeth Haddon Elementary. 

Thursday (10/19) - AWAY game vs. West Deptford @ 4:00pm for the BLACK team and 5:15pm for the RED team.
