With the weather and field conditions not improving - practice will be canceled today (09/09)

7th and 8th Grade Players Only: Practices are from 3:15pm until 5:00pm at Elizabeth Haddon Elementary School. Please bring all equipment (shinguards, stick, mouthguard, goggles, a water bottle, sneakers and cleats!) There is NO bathroom access at the field. All athletes must be cleared to participate in practice.

This information is for players in the 7th and 8th grade ONLY - at this time a coach for the 6th grade program has not been found. 

With the Fall 2021 season beginning in a month - please have all players FULLY registered. Players cannot participate in any practices or games without having all of the necessary paperwork completed and reviewed by school personnel. Questions regarding medical sports forms should be addressed to the School Nurse, Mrs. Barranger ( mbarranger@haddonfield.k12.nj.us ) The first practice of the season will be WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 8TH starting at 3:15PM until 5:00pm. There is NO access to the school. Players will need to change, fill water bottles, etc. before arriving. Practices and Home games will be held at Elizabeth Haddon Elementary School. On September 14, 2021 team uniforms will be distributed. If last year’s uniform was not returned – a new uniform will not be issued.  Practice time and location will continue throughout the season with the exception of the following date: September 16, 2021 – there will be NO practice (Yom Kippur)

Similar to last season, the game schedule will be divided among the BLACK and the RED teams. Team assignments will be posted to the website for players to view before September 14th when they receive their uniform. This will help to ensure that players will receive as much playing time as possible, as well as, make sure that players will play in the safest game environment. At this time, when one team has a game - the other team will have the day off.

Bus Transportation: If you are planning on picking up your athlete from an away game, please have a written permission note with your signature and date. This permission slip needs to be handed in BEFORE we leave HMS for the game. We will leave promptly at 3:00pm from the Middle School for away games. Masks MUST be worn on the bus at all times.

Make sure that you bring your stick, goggles, shinguards (black for home games and white for away games), cleats, mouthguard, and water to every game and practice! Jewelry of any kind is prohibited on the field.

NJSIAA COVID-19 Protocols for the Fall 2021 season are as follows:

• There will be NO temperature checks at the field
• Attendance will be taken daily for contact tracing 
• Student-athletes will start using the Genesis screening questionnaire on the 1st day of school. PLEASE COMPLETE THIS DAILY.
• NO masks are required outdoors for athletes (student-athletes not fully vaccinated are encouraged to wear masks and remain physically distanced when not in the field of play)
• Masks MUST be worn on the bus for away games
• Spectators, coaches, officials, and student-athletes, and all participants involved in outdoor events are NOT required to wear masks.
• We implore spectators to remain physically distanced at events unless fully vaccinated.

Online registration for high school and middle school sports for the Fall 2021 season is now open.

Please go to your Genesis Parent Portal to complete the Fall season registration. (Winter and Spring registrations will open at a later date). The registration link can be found in the "Forms" section, not the "Athletics" section. Parents can access the "Athletics" section to confirm once an athlete has been cleared.

There are TWO action items for middle school athletes that need to occur for sports clearance:

• Online registration
• Medical clearance from the school nurse
