Unfortunately, Northern Burlington canceled the RED team game on Wednesday 09/28 @ 5:15pm. Therefore, the Red team will have off.
A bus driver is not available to drive the BLACK team to the game and the Athletic Dept. is asking for parents to carpool the players to the game that afternoon. Game time is 4pm. Address is 160 Mansfield Rd. E. Columbus.

Your student athlete was given their team assignment today. If they practiced with Coach Jamie today then they are are on the RED team. If they practiced with Coach Nicole today then they are on the BLACK team.
If the Red team has a game then the Black team is off. If the Black team has a game then the Red team is off.

Uniforms will be given out tomorrow (Wednesday 09/14) They must be returned at the end of the season (Genesis access is locked if the uniform is not returned) so please do not alter them. You may wear your own plain black skirt instead.

7th and 8th Grade Players Only: Practices are from 3:30pm until 5:00pm at Elizabeth Haddon Elementary School. Please bring all equipment (shinguards, stick, mouthguard, a water bottle, sneakers and cleats!) There is NO bathroom access at the field. All athletes must be fully cleared to participate in practice.

This information is for players in the 7th and 8th grade ONLY
With the Fall 2022 season beginning in a little over a month - please have all players FULLY registered. Players cannot participate in any practices or games without having all of the necessary paperwork completed and reviewed by school personnel. Questions regarding medical sports forms should be addressed to the School Nurse, Mrs. Barranger ( email@example.com ) The first practice of the season will be THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 8TH starting at 3:30PM until 5:00pm. There is NO access to the school. Players will need to change, fill water bottles, etc. before arriving. Practices and Home games will be held at Elizabeth Haddon Elementary School. On Wednesday, September 14, 2022 team uniforms will be distributed. Practice time and location will continue throughout the season with the exception of the following dates when there will be NO practice: September 26, 2022 (Rosh Hashanah), October 5, 2022 (Yom Kippur) and October 7, 2022.
Similar to last season, the game schedule will be divided among the BLACK and the RED teams. Team assignments will be posted to the website for players to view by September 12th. This will help to ensure that players will receive as much playing time as possible, as well as, make sure that players will play in the safest game environment. At this time, when one team has a game - the other team will have the day off.
Bus Transportation: If you are planning on picking up your athlete from an away game, please have a written permission note with your signature and date. This permission slip needs to be handed in BEFORE we leave HMS for the game. We will leave promptly at 3:00pm from the Middle School for away games (meet at the flagpole.)
Make sure that you bring your stick, shinguards (plain black for home games and plain white for away games), cleats, mouthguard, and water to every game and practice! Jewelry of any kind is prohibited on the field. Goggles are OPTIONAL this season.

Online registration for middle school (7-8 grades) sports for the Fall 2022 season is now open.
Please go to your Genesis Parent Portal to complete the Fall season registration. (Winter and Spring registrations will open at a later date). The registration link can be found in the "Forms" section, not the "Athletics" section. Parents can access the "Athletics" section to confirm once an athlete has been cleared.
There are four action items that need to occur for sports clearance:
- Online registration
- Medical clearance from the school nurse
- ImPact Concussion testing (HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS ONLY) clearance by the Athletic Trainer (all 9th graders and new students; every other year for all others unless post-concussion)
- Paid Activity fee (click here for the high school activity fee letter - click here for the middle school activity fee letter)
All must be completed by August 1 to avoid delays in being cleared for participation.

Original copies of the Medical Sports Forms MUST be dropped off or mailed to the attention of the high school or middle school nurses depending on the grade of the student. Please do not email the forms. Please make sure you keep a copy for your records!
Your athlete CANNOT participate until everything is reviewed and cleared (our first practice will be September 8th)
